Please note: we do not offer cash refunds; items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.
How to Request an Exchange:
- You must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing customersupport@modvie.com.pk or WhatsApp at +92 307 8653 678 with your order details. You will be guided accordingly.
An order will only be exchanged if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original specifications or is not the same as what you ordered.
Exchange process:
- We offer FREE pickup: our rider will collect the original item and deliver the replacement.
- The exchange process typically takes 4–6 working days to complete.
- To qualify, the product must be in a saleable condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags/price labels and packaging, and accompanied by the order invoice.
We cannot process an exchange if:
- You do not inform us within 3 days of delivery.
- The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with.
- Tags, labels, packaging, or the invoice are missing from the return.
