• Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of checkout.
• If you need to update a paid order, please use the same contact number and email address used at the time of purchase when reaching out to us.
• Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled. However, our Exchange Policy will still apply.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may verify the order with up to three confirmation calls before processing.

Modvie reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

1. The item(s) are out of stock.
2. There is a pricing error with the product.
3. The payment is declined by the financial institution.
